  • Here’s what you can expect when you contact us to get started:

    1. Introductory call (15 minutes). We’ll use this call to get a snapshot of your business and goals and share how we work with clients to determine whether we will be a good fit to work together.

    2. Trust Deposit + Engagement Agreement. We’ll send a copy of our Engagement Agreement and request a trust account deposit to formalize our relationship.

    3. Kickoff call (1 hour). During this call, we’ll do a deep dive to get to know your business better, identify your priorities, and begin to develop a project plan and next steps. This is also a good time to share a demo of your software application or platform if you have one and it is available.

    4. Fee arrangement. Your NLG attorneys will propose a fee arrangement that best suits your needs. If you decide not to move forward with us following the kickoff call, we bill hourly for the initial consultation, and can hold the remaining funds in trust until you are ready to move forward or refund the rest back to you.
